A cryptic note left by a little girl who then vanishes warns Manuel Landaye his unborn son will be murdered to avenge a centuries-old infanticide. Six years later, Landaye is a convicted murderer on the run from faceless killers and the executioner’s needle. With his son’s life in the balance, Landaye is the only one who can save him, if he can hunt down and destroy something — that does not exist!

Landaye’s nightmare odyssey begins when his wife joins him to scout her family’s newly reacquired Colonial estate, setting in motion a series of events that could lead to the end of civilization.

In a nod to classic Hitchcock, The Trilevolence offers by turns humor and horror with some things only the supernatural can explain — or not. Almost nothing is as it seems from the ship that sank twice to the interrogators who never were.

With three-dimensional flesh and blood characters and a story that continues gathering momentum, The Trilevolence heads for a climax that’s taut, logical, and surprising.

Available as an ebook and in paperback.

RANT is a compilation of some of the best of twenty-five years of Observations: When the RANT Is Due. Marked by occasional (okay, frequent) sarcasm, self-deprecating humor, and even a few thoughtful pieces, RANT was unlike other business mailings. For one thing, it wasn’t strictly about business and, strictly speaking, it usually wasn’t about business at all. Also, it often evoked strong emotions from laughter to anger to not so thinly veiled threats of violence (See The Crazed Geek).

RANT takes on a host of diverse subjects: Seven Words George Carlin Wouldn’t Be Caught Dead Using; About as Funny as a Heart Attack (Which demonstrates there is humor in heart disease); Eschatology Happens (When the world ended exactly as predicted. It didn’t? Well, it’s still early.); On Andy Rooney Dying of Nothing Serious (Not old enough to remember him on 60 Minutes? No problem. There are short intros providing background where necessary.) PANIC and the Price of Tulips in Utrecht; The Sweet Secret and a whole lot more.

Closet bathroom reader? Commuter? Commuter who reads closeted in the bathroom? Whatever… RANT is the perfect read for picking up downtime. That’s because each piece is standalone. Or, if you’re in the loo, sitting alone.

Available in full color as an ebook and b/w paperback.

Telara II cover 8.jpg

Talarans, a race of advanced and deceptively angelic aliens, invade and claim Earth as their new home. A handful of human uprisings and a short but violent period known as "The Flaming Purge" are followed by several decades of an uneasy peace.

When a human rebel named Eric Matterson attempts to assassinate a Talaran senator, tensions between humans and Talarans are thrown back into high gear.

This, in turn, forces Addison, a captain in the Talaran army, to face long buried memories surrounding Eric.

When she tries to save him from the barbaric torture of a mind-wipe, the senator forces her to take full responsibility for Eric’s “rehabilitation”. Addison soon finds herself developing forbidden feelings for the rebel. She must keep her assignment a secret from both humans and Talarans, but most of all she cannot let Eric learn the truth behind their tragic past connection.

Available as an ebook and in paperback.
